We are currently seeking a highly capable, experienced, and professional Administrative Assistant. This independent contractor position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely, with a preference for candidates located near Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a small business, virtual setting and is able to manage a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks with consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The specific tasks may vary depending on current organizational needs. Responsibilities typically include, but are not limited to:

  • Project coordination and light project management
  • Content editing and proofreading
  • Basic social media scheduling and posting
  • Customer service support
  • Inbox and calendar management
  • Online research and information gathering
  • Developing and documenting systems and workflows

  • Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
  • Exposure to email marketing tools and campaign coordination

Compensation Range

Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer based on experience.

Additional Requirements

The selected candidate will be required to sign a non-solicitation agreement and confidentiality agreement as part of the contracting process.
