Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled PPC Ads Specialist to join our marketing team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective PPC strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve Quality Scores.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to identify the best-performing variations.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
- Collaborate with the team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience successfully managing PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Google Ads certifications.
- Familiarity with PPC management tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC.
Compensation Range
Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer based on experience.
Additional Requirements
- The selected candidate will be required to sign a non-solicitation agreement and confidentiality agreement as part of the contracting process.
