CMS has now launched OPENPAYMENTS, the website which will publicly disclose the financial relationships between physicians, teaching hospitals, and the medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, and group purchasing organizations.
All aggregate spend recorded from August 1, 2013 (start date for the Sunshine Act) and December 31, 2013 will be publicly posted on this website in September 2014.
